  1. Plug a USB MOUSE into any USB port on the Digital Signage Player

  2. Right Click Once, you will see an RTT Digital Signage splash screen

  3. Click on the 3 Stacked Box Icon in the Upper right corner 

  4. Click Clear Data

  5. Click “Clear” to confirm

  6. Assets will now download again and could take 1 – 15 min+ to download depending on the speed of your internet connection
